(1927-2014)
Rudy was born in Peekskill, NY, the eldest of four children. A veteran of WWII, he attended the Art Student's League on the GI Bill and studied under the revered Vincent DuMond. Rudy participated in the early years of New York's "Village Show" and his work went on to be widely reproduced and featured in galleries around the country. Renowned for his florals and still lifes, in the early 90's he moved to Rockport, MA where he became an integral part of the art scene until the end of his life. |
