Receiving a degree in Fashion Design with a minor in Fine Arts from Moore College of Art and Design in Philadelphia, Jakia works as an apparel designer, abstract painter predominantly using mediums of acrylic, oil, pastel and gold foil. She is obsessed with color, her dog Lavender, her family and the environment. |
